Videoconferencing systems are to be supplied in accordance with an EVB-IT framework agreement for system delivery and EVB-IT system delivery GTCs and EVB-IT services. The videoconferencing systems to be procured are to be operated and connected in a complex and highly available Cisco Video Meeting Server infrastructure (Cisco CMS) and Expressways (Cisco VCS-E & C) of the contracting authority. Encoders from the manufacturer Cisco, which support video communication via the SIP video protocol, must be offered. In addition to delivery, the IMAC/R/D processes for the respective systems and support are also being tendered for the videoconferencing systems. The term of the framework agreement begins with the award, but no earlier than 01.01.2027, and has a duration of 4 years. The maximum value to be indicated in the EU notice for framework agreements is 150 % of the awarded contract value. This means that the contracting authority will call off services from this framework agreement up to a maximum of 150% of the total tender sum. The contracting authorities are Dataport AöR, Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, State of Schleswig-Holstein, State of Saxony-Anhalt.
