1. The subject of the procurement is the provision of comprehensive human resources services in the IT sector by providing the Contracting Authority with specialists (consultants) who meet the Contracting Authority's requirements. The Contractor will provide IT services through consultants on behalf of and under the supervision of the Contracting Authority. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the procurement and the method of executing the procurement have been specified in the Draft Framework Agreement Terms (Annex 1 to SWZ), Procurement Subject Description (Annex 3 to SWZ) and Draft Contract Terms (Annex 2 to SWZ).
