GMH | Gebäudemanagement Hamburg GmbH is a partner for the management of municipal properties in Hamburg. GMH builds, renovates, and manages school buildings in the southern part of Hamburg, develops and implements municipal buildings for the city of Hamburg, and works closely with the University of Hamburg and the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences (HAW Hamburg) on university construction. The HAW Hamburg campus at Berliner Tor is to be modernized and further developed in its entirety. In this context, GMH is carrying out the renovation of the school at the Wallstraße 2 (Lämmermarkt) site in Hamburg on behalf of the Authority for Science, Research and Equality (BWFG).
