The subject of the procurement procedure is the provision of services for the supply of TDIFF and KDIFF protection devices (TDIFF = Transformer Differential Protection, KDIFF = Busbar Differential Protection) with pre-installed software and the supply of an operating program for operating the protection devices; the requirements for these are set out in the Framework Agreement for Supply Services and, in particular, the Service Description for Supply Services. The protection devices are intended for use in the Berlin distribution network at - 110/10-kV transformers, - 110-kV neutral earthing coils - 110-kV charging current compensation coils - 110-kV switchgear - 10-kV switchgear - 10-kV star point formers. The subject of the procurement procedure is also the provision of repair and maintenance services in relation to the aforementioned TDIFF and KDIFF protection devices to be supplied, including software and operating program. The requirements for these are set out in the Framework Agreement for Maintenance Services and, in particular, the Service Description for Maintenance Services.
