Contractors are invited to submit bids for an open framework agreement for consultant-supported hostels for children and young adults aged 0-20. To be considered, checked and accepted at the first intake, the main acceptance, your bid must be submitted by no later than 23 April 2026 23:59. The agreement is not locked, and there is an opportunity for new contractors to be accepted twice (2) per year. Before the new intakes, the procurement tool (notice) will be updated with a new closing date for bids. Please note that bids for the new intakes can only be submitted once the notice has been updated.
