1. CPV Code according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary: 50421000 – 2 Services in the field of repair and maintenance of medical equipment. 2. The scope of the services will include servicing, technical inspections, maintenance and repair of accelerators and associated systems. 3. The subject of the contract includes the performance of: 1) inspections and maintenance-inspection activities; 2) issuance of a service report and entry in the equipment operating documentation (technical passport) of the activities performed; 3) replacement of service packages recommended by the manufacturer, (parts covered by the inspection); 4) calibration; 5) checking the installation; 6) setting (adjusting) the parameters required by the manufacturer; 7) repairs; 8) issuing opinions on the condition of equipment not suitable for further operation. 4. The scope of activities carried out as part of the inspections should be in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and applicable legal provisions. 5. The rules for the implementation of the subject service are set out in the “Essential Terms of the Contract” constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
