Belgium – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Energy Management System

The subject of the procedure is the award of a new framework agreement for the replacement of the energy management tool and includes, inter alia: • The supply of an EMS solution: the energy management software, including a module for managing energy contracts and its maintenance; • The operation of the solution in « Software as a Service » (SaaS) mode; • The services of implementation, configuration, integration and migration necessary for its deployment; • The services of support for the Contracting Authority in the context of the operation and evolution of the application. The purchase of the computer equipment necessary to support the software is excluded from the scope of the present contract. An EMS is a software platform that enables the centralisation, structuring, exploitation and enhancement of energy data from multiple sources in order to support energy management activities, consumption monitoring, energy performance analysis and decision-making.
