Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Abschluss nicht-exklusiver Rabattvereinbarungen nach § 130 a Abs. 8 SGB V ab dem 01.05.2026

Section 130a (8) SGB V allows health insurance funds (KK) and pharmaceutical companies to conclude framework rebate contracts for medicines to be dispensed at the expense of the statutory KK. The GWQ acts as the Society for Economy and Quality at KK, pursuant to Section 130a (8) sentence 5 SGB V, for its shareholder and customer funds. In view of the relevant legal provisions for the award of public contracts, a regular process of substance-related, formal tendering procedures takes place according to the regulations of Part 4 of the GWB by the GWQ ServicePlus AG. Until the entry into force of new pharmaceutical rebate contracts, the GWQ wishes to conclude pharmaceutical rebate contracts with all interested pharmaceutical companies. The contract start date is 01.05.2026.
