France – Construction work for highways, roads – Travaux d'infrastructures et de paysage pour le projet d'aménagement du quartier du Val d'Arquet Est à Neuville-lès-Dieppe (76370)

This consultation concerns the execution of infrastructure, road, diverse network, hydraulic works, public spaces and landscaping works necessary for the development of the Val d'Arquet Est district in Neuville-lès-Dieppe. This operation constitutes a major urban project covering approximately 17 hectares and allowing for the eventual creation of approximately 815 housing units, as well as the development of structuring public spaces, green corridors, landscaping facilities and all the service infrastructure for the future district. The project is part of an eco-district approach integrating ambitious objectives in terms of biodiversity, alternative management of rainwater, soft mobility and landscaping quality.
