This consultation concerns the tasks of project management, design and partial or complete execution for roadway renovation projects on the motorway network concessioned to Autoroutes du Sud de la France (ASF). The contract involves the implementation of a multi-provider framework agreement (in accordance with Articles R2162-1 to R2162-12 of the Public Procurement Code) which defines the terms governing the subsequent contracts to be awarded during the term of the framework agreement. The award procedure is a negotiated procedure in accordance with Article R. 2124-3 paragraph 3 of the Public Procurement Code.
