Award of the design contract for the implementation of a programme of 55 collective social housing units with a total floor area of approximately 3620 m² and a habitable area of approximately 3331 m², located at chemin de sur Combe in Reignier-Esery (74930). Environmental ambition: certified NF Habitat HQE with RE 2020 at the regulatory threshold. Labelled Bâtiment Biosourcé. The existing building will be demolished as part of a demolition design contract, these demolition works not being part of the present consultation. The land will therefore be free of any construction for this operation. The winner will develop the project in BIM design mode according to the specification and the BIM charter of the client. The contract includes a basic design contract + EXE mission. This consultation is aimed at consortia with at least the following skills: - An architect registered with the order of architects or in an equivalent register; - An engineering team (several BETs or a multidisciplinary BET) bringing together the following skills: VRD, structure, geotechnics/hydrogeology, fluids, economics, thermal, acoustics, environment/HQE/LCA, landscape/ecologist; - A BIM Manager (independent or belonging to one of the members of the consortium); Internal identifier Reignier Combe 0565L
