Subject of the services: Project author for the enhancement of the Orient site

Comment: The mission concerns the design and supervision of the improvements to the Parc de l'Orient on the quarry site in Tournai, as part of the FEDER project aimed at the requalification of the Orient site and its reconnection to the City. The project author will be responsible for translating the peri-urban and landscape ambitions into a coherent, sustainable and feasible project, while respecting the functional and land-related constraints of the site. The project author will be appointed for a complete mission from design to execution supervision, acceptance and warranty follow-up. The project author's mission includes all ordinary services, including services related to the fields of design, stability, infrastructure and signage design. The service providers necessary for the mission are, among others, the following: At the selection stage: Landscape architect or urban planner for the design and treatment of public spaces, car parks and landscaped areas. Architect registered with the order for the design of the service building and overall coordination. At the award stage: Stability engineer for the reception building and lime kilns.
