National Coordinator Groningen (NCG) is looking for one (1) Contractor for the conclusion of a contract for the execution of the project ‘New Construction Staff Path, Hammer Path etc., Ten Boer’. The contract involves the realisation of a total of 19 new residential units in Ten Boer. This development addresses the reinforcement task in the earthquake area in the province of Groningen. A European restricted procedure for Works, in accordance with Chapter 3 of the ARW 2016, is being followed for this contract. The tendering process takes place in two phases: a selection phase in which candidates can register, followed by a registration phase in which selected parties are invited to submit a registration.
