France – Engineering services – Maitrise d'oeuvre pour l'amélioration du fonctionnement de la station d'épuration de Doubs

The contract will be awarded in accordance with Articles R. 2113-4 to R. 2113-6 of the Public Procurement Code. It includes 3 phases of work:

- Phase 1:

- Rehabilitation of clarifiers. Installation of isolation valves

- Production of industrial water

- Phase 2:

- Creation of a building at the entrance of the treatment line for the pretreatment of effluents and for the workshop for receiving sludge and dredging materials

- Demolition/dismantling of abandoned structures

- Phase 3:

- Integration of a sludge densification process and renewal of fine screens

- Renewal of process air production equipment

- Rehabilitation of the civil engineering of the biomaster

- Creation of a structure near the DDC and the biomaster, dedicated to sand washing and aeration

- Securing the temporary de-stoning and screening structure in the external overflow (DO ext)

- Construction of a new material storage building

The duration of the works (DET mission), including the VISA and AOR missions, will be as follows:

- Phase 1: 10 months

- Phase 2: 14 months

- Phase 3: 14 months
