Each of the contracts awarded on the basis of the framework agreement is a service contract for the provision of emergency services on motorways managed by the Nivelles road district, which include: - 24/7, 365-day availability; - Installation of signage; - Obstacle removal to restore normal traffic conditions; - Sweeping and/or removal of routine cargo spills; - Establishment of diversion routes; - Deployment and removal of "SMOG" signage; - Provision of a clearing vehicle when implementing the "snow" plan; - Temporary and localised repair of road surface damage. - These services can take place any day of the year, day or night, including weekends and public holidays.
