Malmö City intends to procure a system support and an external reception function for Malmö City's whistleblower function. The assignment includes system support and an external reception function for the whistleblower function. The system support shall enable digital reporting, case management, and follow-up. The reception function shall be responsible for receiving, processing, and initially assessing incoming reports. The assignment also includes conducting investigations of incoming reports.
