France – Building-cleaning services – Groupement de commande : Prestations de nettoyage des bâtiments de la Ville de Colmar et de Colmar Agglomération - Bâtiments sportifs et sanitaires publics

The consultation is divided as follows: Mixed contract: Lot 1: Sports buildings - Gyms and Stadiums (City of Colmar / Colmar Agglomération) - The services detailed in the "DPGF" tab of the financial document give rise to a simple public contract concluded for lump sum prices. They constitute the lump sum part of the mixed contract. - The services detailed in the "Unit Price Schedules" tab of the financial document give rise to a framework agreement with purchase orders concluded without a minimum amount and for a maximum annual amount of 100,000 euro(s) excluding tax, in accordance with articles L2125 - 1; R2161 - 1 to 6 and R2161 - 13 and 14 of the Public Procurement Code. They constitute the purchase order part of the mixed contract. Mixed contract: Lot 2: Public toilets (City of Colmar / Colmar Agglomération) - The services detailed in the "DPGF" tab of the financial document give rise to a simple public contract concluded for lump sum prices. They constitute the lump sum part of the mixed contract. - The services detailed in the "Unit Price Schedules" tab of the financial document give rise to a framework agreement with purchase orders concluded without a minimum amount and for a maximum annual amount of 150,000 euro(s) excluding tax, in accordance with articles L2125 - 1; R2161 - 1 to 6 and R2161 - 13 and 14 of the Public Procurement Code. They constitute the purchase order part of the mixed contract. For each lot, the amounts are identical for the possible renewal period.
