Open procedure for the acquisition of an Energy Consumption Monitoring System. The number of days within which requests for clarification can be submitted before the deadline for the submission of tenders/applications is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification or additional information by the 11th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders.
