The predominant use consists of office space as well as a proportion of lecture hall, seminar and project room areas. The building is to be constructed as a turnkey TU performance in timber/timber hybrid construction, including all associated planning services from LPH 1. BNB certification at the Silver level is to be carried out, energy standard EGB 40 is to be complied with.
