France – Sports facilities operation services – RENOUVELLEMENT DE LA DELEGATION DE SERVICE PUBLIC POUR LA GESTION ET L'EXPLOITATION DU CENTRE AQUATIQUE INTERCOMMUNAL CITELIUM

Public service delegation for the management and operation of the intercommunal aquatic centre CITÉLIUM for a period of eight (8) years starting from 1 September 2027. Restricted procedure. All information relating to this consultation is mentioned in the non-detachable annex to this notice, which is freely available on the buyer profile of the CARCT. The procedure is organised with a first phase of selection of applications by the public service delegation commission constituted in accordance with Article L.1411-5 of the CGCT and according to the criteria set out in the same article. The number of candidates admitted following the procedure is limited to three (3) in accordance with the provisions of Article R.3124-1 of the Public Procurement Code. The President of the CARCT will then engage in discussions with the admitted tenderers on their offers, before referring the matter to the community council pursuant to Article L.1411-5 of the CGCT. The duration of 8 years has been determined due to the work to be carried out by the delegatee.
