Norway – Construction management services – BME EEA 2026-01 - Competition, Framework agreement construction management 2026-2030

The Agency for Urban Environment plans, constructs and maintains public urban areas, playgrounds, parks, footpaths, roads, foot and cycle paths, shortcuts and traffic safety measures. The agency expects to have development projects in the contract period of varying scopes and complexity, including new installations and renovation of existing installations including bridges and walls. The total investment budget has a scope of between NOK 300-400 million per annum. The aim of this procurement is to have a framework agreement for the procurement of services within construction management. The framework agreement shall be valid for 2 years, with an option for a periodical extension for up to 2 years, to a total maximum of 4 years. A framework agreement will be signed with 2 tenderers. The distribution of call-offs is in the tender documents.
