The subject of the public procurement is the contractual securing of supplies of Coating Materials with selected tenderers for planned investment actions, planned repairs and securing the removal of emergency conditions in the supply of Coating Materials for the safe and reliable operation of the distribution system for the period 10/2027 – 09/2033. Given the scope of the procurement, which is an above-threshold procurement, the procedure will be conducted in accordance with Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on Public Procurement, as amended. The procurement is divided into parts in accordance with Section 35 of the Public Procurement Act. Part 1 of the public procurement – Solvent-based Coating Materials. Part 2 of the public procurement – Water-dilutable Coating Materials. The result of the public procurement, which is awarded through a negotiated procedure with publication, is the conclusion of a Framework Agreement for the supply of goods for 72 months with 3 selected tenderers with the lowest price offer for a model case in each Part of the public procurement. In the renewed tender, a Purchase Contract will be concluded with 1 selected tenderer with the lowest offer price for a model case.
