At all locations, various small and medium-sized construction measures (renovation, refurbishment, extension) take place throughout the year, for which the corresponding planning services must be provided. The scope and type of individual measures can vary greatly. The measures are predominantly carried out during ongoing operations. For the planning services required in this context, framework agreements with a minimum of three and a maximum of four framework partners are to be awarded through this procedure for a period of 24 months with an extension option of two times 12 months. The framework agreements are divided into five lots.
