Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – TNW_HLS_KJF der Diözese Regensburg e.V._Ersatzneubau HPZ Rottal-Inn in Eggenfelden

The building of the KJF in Eggenfelden, constructed in 1983, houses the Heilpädagogisches Zentrum Rottal-Inn with the facilities of the St. Rupert School for students with intellectual disabilities (education and sports use), a heilpädagogische day care centre, a pre-school preparatory facility, and an integrative kindergarten. The original plan to renovate the existing building was abandoned due to a cost-benefit analysis, and it was decided to opt for a complete (replacement) new build. The existing building must be completely demolished, and then the site must be prepared for the new construction. The connection to the public infrastructure must be renewed and adapted to the new conditions. There is an existing infrastructure that can be used for the replacement new build. The basic services of the performance phases 1 (excluding phase 4) - 9 of the specialist planning services of the scope of services Technical Equipment - HLS, plant groups 1, 2, 3, 7 (swimming pool) and 8 are to be commissioned according to §§ 53, 55 para. 1 in conjunction with Appendix 15 HOAI 2021, for plant group 1, performance phase 4 is added. As additional services, the specialist planning services of the Technical Equipment plant groups 1, 2 and 3, if required for a school-specific use of the container solution, are optionally commissioned (as a lump sum).
