Real estate valuation services. The purchasing organisation, established on the basis of the DPS, will carry out specific purchases during its validity period. The specific purchases will be carried out by the purchasing organisation and the purchasing organisations controlled by the Vilnius City Municipal Council. The purchasing organisation and the purchasing organisations controlled by the Vilnius City Municipal Council will conclude the purchase contract with the winners on the basis of the specific purchases.
