The subject of the public procurement is the execution of project works (PD), engineering activities (EA), the performance of the designer's supervision (DS) and cooperation in the selection of the contractor. The subject of the performance is the processing of project documentation in two separate stages. Each stage will be processed as a separate project documentation with its own itemised budget. The performance will also include the processing of one summary budget including both stages.

1. Stage – Reconstruction of the main school building and related infrastructure

The project documentation will address the structural modifications of the main building in the school area and the related infrastructure, in particular:

• the thermal insulation of the perimeter envelope of the main building including the design of a new facade,

• the replacement of external parapets,

• the replacement of the roof envelope,

• the thermal insulation of the basement,

• the design and implementation of a lift to ensure barrier-free access to the building,

• structural modifications related to the installation of the lift,

• the implementation of sanitary facades in the basement areas of the building to limit the negative effects of ground moisture and seepage,

• the design of the repair of the rainwater drainage system including the removal of the causes of rainwater infiltration into the building,

• the repair of communications, walkways and hardened areas affected by the construction,

• the repair of the enclosure of the area in front of the building along the road including the solution of the exit from the area to the adjacent communication.

2. Stage – Reconstruction of the vocational training and physical education building

The project documentation will address the comprehensive reconstruction of a two-storey building serving for the teaching of vocational training and physical education of the school pupils including the modernisation of the technical background and modifications related to the expansion of the educational capacities. The scope of the project works will include in particular:

• the complete repair and replacement of the sports floor in the gym,

• the renewal and modernisation of the sports background of the gym,

• the extension of the building with a tribune for viewing sports and social events (2 rows of seats),

• the complete reconstruction of the social background of the building,

• the replacement of the remaining original windows and luxfers,

• the comprehensive modernisation of all the technical equipment of the building (TEB), in particular electrical installations, lighting, heating, sanitary installations, drainage, air conditioning and related distribution,

• structural modifications and modernisation of the vocational workshops for the teaching of the Plumbing trade,

• the construction of new background for the Bricklaying trade including the necessary technical and operational equipment,

• the construction of an outdoor shelter with a hardened area for the practical teaching of the Bricklaying trade,

• the repair of the facade of the building,

• the replacement of the roof covering,

• the design of measures leading to the reduction of the energy intensity of the building,

• the solution of barrier-free use of the building to the extent required by the valid legal regulations,

• the design of the change of the heating system of the entire area including the related structural and technical modifications,

• the related structural and technical modifications necessary to ensure the safe, economical and effective operation of the building,

• the design of the change of the heating system of the entire area and the related structural works. As part of the subject of the performance, the method of creating an open structured database of information about the building Building Information Modeling (hereinafter „BIM“) according to the annex to this contract „Requirements for Digitalisation and BIM“, in particular the processing of the digital building model (DIMS) in the stages of Documentation for the Permit of Intent and Documentation for the Execution of the Building, the use of the Common Data Environment (hereinafter „CDE“) and the processing of the BIM Implementation Plan (BEP) will be used. The supplier is obliged to use the Common Data Environment (CDE) and to meet the BIM requirements set out in the contract and its annexes if it is part of the subject of the performance.
