Germany – Software-related services – Lieferung und Installation eines Automatischen Fahrgastzählsystems (AFZS) für Busse

The subject of the contract is a framework agreement pursuant to Section 19 of the SektVO concerning the delivery and complete installation or implementation as well as commissioning of an automatic passenger counting system (APCS) for buses. This includes the equipping of at least 92 buses (single and articulated buses) from the vehicle fleet of the contractors of the contracting authority. A maximum of 130 bus equipment can be procured through the framework agreement on the basis of this invitation to tender. The first call-off (implementation and acceptance of the system) must be completed by 30.09.2027 due to existing funding conditions. The project duration is set at 8 years from acceptance. The counting systems or background systems must be operated autonomously, so that they can make the collected counting data available at a central location for further processing without further intervention by another system. This also includes the requirement that the background system must allow the parallel use of several users with different roles at the same time and that the user roles must be freely configurable and changeable by the contracting authority at any time. In addition, the freely configurable remote access to the APCS control unit in the vehicle by several users must be guaranteed at all times.
