Czechia – Construction work – Výstavba kulturně společenského sálu MČ Brno-Slatina

The subject of the public contract is construction work consisting of the construction of a cultural and community hall in the Brno-Slatina district, which will include, among other things, a multifunctional hall, a café, clubs for children's leisure activities, a small administrative back office, technical spaces, sanitary facilities, underground and surface parking, and landscaping of the surrounding area. The construction work also includes demolition (especially of current surfaces) and tree felling. The subject of the public contract is defined by a list of construction work, supplies and services with a measurement statement. The project documentation also includes the Gastro, Interiors and AVT elements, which are not part of the subject of the public contract. A detailed definition of the subject of the public contract, including the technical conditions in the details necessary for the preparation of the bid, is given in the annexes to this tender documentation.
