Subject of the public procurement: „Design, construction and exercise of author's supervision during the construction of the residential building stock of the Association of Owners „ZORNICA“ at the address: Svishov, „Vihren“ St. № 10-12“. 2. Description of the subject of the public procurement: The subject of the procurement includes the following activities: 2.1. DEVELOPMENT OF AN INVESTMENT PROJECT in the „Working Project“ phase for the implementation of the most effective package of energy-saving measures for the building, with which at least energy class „B” is achieved by complying with the package of energy-saving measures (ESM), proposed in the technical and energy survey and ensuring an accessible environment in the building for people with mobility difficulties according to the requirements of Ordinance №РД-02-20-2 from 26.01.2021 for determining the requirements for accessibility and universal design of the elements of the accessible environment in the urbanized territory and of the buildings and facilities of the multi-family residential building located at the address: Svishov, „Vihren“ St. № 10-12. 2.2. EXERCISE OF AUTHOR'S SUPERVISION during the execution of the construction and assembly works in accordance with the requirements of Art. 162, para. 2 and para. 3 of the Spatial Development Act. 2.3. EXECUTION OF CONSTRUCTION AND ASSEMBLY WORKS on the multi-family residential building in Svishov according to the working investment project prepared by the Contractor, agreed and approved in the appropriate procedure. The following main construction and assembly works are planned to be carried out: -Energy-saving measure V1: Wall insulation – The measure includes laying EPS insulation with a thickness of 120 mm and λ=0,035 W/mK and wrapping around the windows with 20 mm XPS with λ=0,03 W/mK – 897 m2. -Energy-saving measure V3: Roof insulation – The measure includes laying mineral wool insulation with a thickness of 100 mm and λ=0,035 W/mK for roof Type 1 – 385,58 m2; -Energy-saving measure V4: Floor insulation – The measure includes laying XPS insulation with a thickness of 100 mm and λ=0,03 W/mK – 232,87 m2 and replacement of garage doors. -Energy-saving measure V5: Frame replacement – The measure includes replacement of the frame on a wooden and metal frame with a new one, glazing unit on a PVC frame with a maximum heat transfer coefficient U=1,4 W/m².K – 220,46 m2 -Energy-saving measure C12: Lighting installation – The measure provides for the replacement of the luminaires in the common parts of the building with new, energy-saving ones, controlled by motion and light sensors – 12 units; -Measures to improve access for people with mobility difficulties - Execution of construction and assembly works to improve access for people with mobility difficulties to the entrance doors of 2 block sections. The construction is of CATEGORY FOUR, according to Art. 9 of Ordinance №1 from 30.07.2003 for the nomenclature of types of constructions and letter No. VT-1524-02-720/10.06.2016 of the head of the Sofia Metropolitan Municipality. The detailed requirements for execution are according to the Technical Specification, an integral part of the participation documentation.
