Denmark – Special-purpose motor vehicles – Genudbud TV-bil med optioner på serviceaftale

The procurement involves the purchase of a new TV van. The TV van will be used by the Contracting Authority in connection with work within TV inspection. The tenderer must provide training in the van's functions to the Contracting Authority's employee(s). Furthermore, the Contracting Authority requests options on two service agreements on the TV van and equipment valid for 8 years. The Contracting Authority places emphasis on the delivery of the TV van taking place as soon as possible, but no later than 31 December 2026. In addition, the Contracting Authority places emphasis on an ergonomic and purposeful design of the TV van. Further description of this can be found in the tender conditions section 7 regarding the evaluation of the TV van, as well as appendix 2, specification of requirements. In connection with the evaluation, the tenderer must make a TV van available for user testing. Further description follows from the tender conditions section 7.3 on user testing. The tendered contract includes two options on a service agreement for the TV van and a service agreement for equipment for a period of 8 years from the date of entry into force. The tenderer must include descriptions of the service agreements in their tender. The Contracting Authority has described the requirements for the service agreements, including distance requirements, in appendix 2 section 2. The Contracting Authority's expected value of the contract (TV van incl. options) is estimated at 3,624,000kr. The contract is awarded to one tenderer. The contract is awarded according to the award criterion of best value for money. It is at all times the tenderer's responsibility to inform themselves and read the complete tender material, just as the tenderer is encouraged to ensure that the tender is prepared on the basis of the fully valid tender material.
