The subject of the Competitive Dialogue includes, among other things, developing, in cooperation with potential contractors, the optimal way to design and implement a radio system for the official distribution of time in the Republic of Poland in a certified manner using Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), which is an extension of the existing e-Czas Radio service. The remaining scope of issues planned to be addressed during the Dialogue is described in the Description of Needs and Requirements.
