The procurement procedure used is: open tender. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The services are paid for by unit prices. The Departmental Council, in a bid to promote employment and combat exclusion, has embarked on a proactive policy to integrate people seeking employment or at risk of exclusion. To this end, it has decided to call on its privileged partners, namely businesses, to facilitate access to employment for these people, through the implementation of the professional integration clause ("social clause"), a contract performance condition that binds the contractor according to the provisions set by the contract. The service start date indicated in this notice is only provisional, namely 12/10/2026. The execution period is 8 months and 15 days, including 1 month of site preparation. The contract execution begins as of the date set by the service order. The work execution begins as of the date set by the service order prescribing the start of the work.
