Belgium – Environmental services – RENOUVELLEMENT ET INTRODUCTION DE PERMIS ENVIRONNEMENT POUR LA PERIODE 2026-2029 - STATIONS D’EPURATION, COLLECTEURS & POMPAGES

The Exploitation Service of Wastewater Treatment Works of the INASEP operates 108 wastewater treatment plants and 350 pumping stations in the Province of Namur. The INASEP also has a Design Office which studies projects aimed at building treatment plants, pumping stations and collectors in the Province of Namur. In this context, the present contract aims to subcontract: - Renewal permit applications / environmental permits expiring between 2026 and 2029 (treatment plants operated by the Exploitation Service of Wastewater Treatment Works) as needed; - New permit applications to be processed between 2026 and 2029 in order to make declarations or obtain urban planning or unique permits allowing the construction of new works (treatment plants, pumping stations, collectors), as needed. These projects are prepared by the INASEP Design Office with which the subcontractor will also be required to collaborate; - At the request of the Exploitation Service between 2026 and 2029, as needed: * The establishment of modification registers; * The processing of Article 65 or appeals; We wish to entrust a service provider with the drafting and submission of files to obtain the compliance of each of these existing or future sites with regard to Environmental Permit legislation and the Urban Code. Our Service being ISO 14001 and the sites registered EMAS since 2006, we have a reliable base to establish renewal or modification requests (all discharge authorisations and permits, discharge standards and site data recorded in a database, list of permits and headings, ...). Place of service provision: INASEP, chaussée de liège, 1103 to 5101 LIVES-sur-MEUSE. Teleworking is allowed to prepare the permit files, provided that the service provider goes to the place of service to meet the needs of the mission. Visits to the treatment plants are to be expected as part of the present contract.
