Probiotic supplement premix for piglets Lavipan L500 in the quantity of 400 kg, (with attached label in Polish) for delivery to the warehouse of the Buyer located at Feed Mill - Robczysko (64-130 Rydzyna). Required parameters of the premix: - pH: max. 7.0, - maximum moisture: 7.0 %. - content of components in 1 kg of product: Fibre 3.0 g Energy value 8800 kJ Phosphorus 0.4 g Calcium 131.2 g Sodium 0.9 g Methionine <0.0005 % Lysine <0.0005 % Crude protein 316 g Crude fibre 2.88 g Crude ash 290 g Crude fat 22.7 g Composition of microencapsulated lactic acid bacteria and live yeast cultures: a. lactic acid bacteria (not less than 10^9 cfu/g): - Lacticaseibacillus paracasei, - Lactiplantibacillus plantarum, - Pediococcus pentosaceus, - Leuconostoc mesenteroides. b. live yeast cultures (not less than 10^7 cfu/g): - Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Salmonella rods: absent in 25 g. Contamination with harmful foreign bodies to animals: not permissible. VAT rate in accordance with the category of animal feed, which is classified under the chapters (codes) of the Combined Nomenclature (CN), listed in Annex No. 10 to the VAT Act. In order to confirm the above quality parameters of the product, the Buyer requires the addition to the offer of a product quality certificate or another document confirming the equivalence of the offered product. A product quality certificate must be attached to each delivery. VAT rate in accordance with the category of animal feed, which is classified under the chapters (codes) of the Combined Nomenclature (CN), listed in Annex No. 10 to the VAT Act. The Buyer is a farmer and the ordered product will be used for its own needs.
