France – Administrative social services – Instruction des demandes FULH Acces, Energie, Eau / Accompagnement social lié au logement (ASLL) - Prevention des expulsions locatives - 2027-2030

The present framework agreement sets out the conditions for the implementation of the following services:

- Processing of applications for FULH access, energy and water aid,

- Social Accompaniment Measures related to Housing (ASLL),

- For Lots 1, 3, 4 and 5: Conducting surveys as part of the Prevention of Evictions.
