Description

This contract notice aims to select a contractor for the execution of works, as a main contractor or group of contractors. Description of the operation: On a plot of approximately 38 500 m², this site (SCI Activités courriel industriel) accommodates approximately 250 agents for a 100% postal activity. Built at the end of the 1970s, it consists of 3 adjoining buildings, detailed as follows:

Logistics building over 2 levels (area: approx. 11 800 m²)

Tertiary building consisting of 5 levels (from basement to R+3 with a mezzanine), with an area of approximately 500 m² per level

Industrial building: former Quai de Fer (area 4600 m²)

To enable the evolution of activities on the site, the works to be carried out include:

- the demolition of a Quai de Fer building to develop the VUL car park (4600 m²)

- the construction of an extension building to accommodate the parcel process, in compliance with the RE2020, of approximately 2500 m²

- the creation of a 2nd access to distinguish PL/VL flows and the creation of a lorry yard (heavy VRD)

- the planting of trees in accordance with the PLU and to replace those removed by the 2nd access

- the installation of photovoltaic panels and canopies

- the creation of rainwater recovery ponds (water law)

- the installation of conduits for the supply of charging points for electric vehicles

- the partial reorganisation of the tertiary offices

In support of the site transformation works, La Poste Immobilier wishes to carry out simultaneously major repair and maintenance works, while complying with the regulations in force: Tertiary Decree, Bacs Decree (…) while aiming for environmental certifications.

- works to bring the existing building into regulatory compliance and insulation

- the replacement of the heating production system

- the replacement of the lifts (obsolete)

- the refurbishment of the sheds on the existing building

- the treatment of facade pathologies

Environmental certifications targeted by the project:

- HQE Sustainable Building Certification: Very High Performance Level

- E+C- Label: E3C1 Level for the logistics extension building or equivalent according to RE2020 (in accordance with the decree in force since 1 May 2026)

- BiodiverCity Label

- BBC Effinergie Renovation Label

- Energy Savings Certificate

An expectation beyond 2040 is expected with regard to the Tertiary Decree.
