The works expected in the Occitanie Méditerranée area (grouping the departments of Aude, Gard, Hérault and Pyrénées Orientales) are related to the lots described below and according to the following abbreviations: TG = Network extension works TPG = Scheduled earthworks "small holes" BRT = New connection or disconnection of connection AS = Emergency earthworks (also called TPIS internally) SI = Network renewal works PE or steel or large projects (Ex: Moving works tram line Zepig: Elementary Intervention Zone Gas A Zepig contains several municipalities whose list is defined in one of the attachments. Variants are allowed for decarbonised sites, there will also be a social inclusion clause. The following elements will be analysed during the tendering phase: - Economic and financial capacity with a minimum annual turnover (depending on the lots) on similar activities to the contract object during the previous year if positioned. - Technical and professional capacities (sizing of the company or agency, staff, 3 references of sites or contracts over the last 3 years). In addition, there are minimum requirements regarding the provision of specific technical skills/qualifications: - Possession of AIPR (Authorisation to Intervene Near Networks) - AIPR "Operator" in possession of an excavator on site (as of 01/01/2019, all excavators must have this AIPR). - AIPR "Supervisor" in possession of an employee designated per site If the candidate does not have all the required qualifications, they must present a subcontracting arrangement in this regard by providing the completed and signed DC4s with the prerequisites of the said subcontractor. A tenderer may not be awarded more than 2 lots. If a tenderer is likely to be awarded more than 2 lots, they will be awarded priority for the lots on which the maximum commitment is highest. If, after being awarded the 2 lots with the highest volume, the other lots for which they were also considered for award will suffer from a lack of success due to their exclusion, then and only then, to avoid this lack of success, they may also be awarded these lots. This is the only exception to the rule of a maximum of 2 lots per tenderer.
