Spain – Miscellaneous repair and maintenance services – El objeto del presente contrato es la prestación de servicios para el mantenimiento de zonas verdes y otros espacios públicos mediante auxiliares de servicios del Ayuntamiento de Lora del Río.

The subject of the present contract is the provision of services for the maintenance of green areas and other public spaces by means of municipal services of the Ayuntamiento de Lora del Río. The services contract will cover the execution of the necessary operations to develop the services that will be described in greater detail in subsequent sections and that will primarily respond to the maintenance services of the Industrial Parks (Matallana and Lapetra), the recreational area of Parque Matallana, the Setefilla settlement, the El Priorato settlement, the Lapetra, El Barreto and Nuestro Padre Jesús neighbourhoods, the Molino de la Aceña, the Castillo de Lora del Río, and the clearing of the Viñas, both in its Phase I and its Phase II.
