Poland – Network servers – Dostawa fabrycznie nowych serwerów oraz przełączników sieciowych do Centrum Szkolenia Policji w Legionowie

The subject of the contract is the delivery to the Police Training Centre in Legionowo of factory-new servers and network switches: - virtualization server – 4 units; - backup server – 1 unit; - storage array – 2 units; - backup software for the server – 1 unit; - delivery of hard disks to expand the existing backup server – 4 units; - network switch – 2 units; - switch modules – 62 units. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the SWZ section "Description of the Subject of the Contract" which is Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ. 3. The Contracting Authority requires that the offered assortment: a) is factory-new, undamaged, and full-value; b) has technical-functional parameters no worse than those indicated in Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ "Description of the Subject of the Contract"; c) is marked with the CE sign; d) is free from legal and technical defects preventing their use as intended; e) in no way infringes the patent rights or other intellectual property rights of third parties; f) is placed in the original packaging of the manufacturer protecting it from mechanical damage; g) is new, produced in the current year for delivery; h) comes from a legal distribution channel to the territory of the Republic of Poland. 4. The subject of the contract will be delivered to the Contracting Authority's headquarters at the Contractor's expense, once, within 4 weeks from the date of signing the contract, with the reservation that the financial means must be spent in the current budget year. 5. In accordance with Article 257 of the Act, the Contracting Authority may invalidate the procedure for awarding the contract if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the contract have not been granted to it. 6. The Contracting Authority reserves the right that the total value of the contract may not exceed the available financial means. 7. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of alternative offers. 8. The Contracting Authority does not allow the assignment of part of the contract to a Subcontractor.
