Spain – Legal services – Contrato de servicios de asesoramiento jurídico especializado, representación y defensa letrada de la Empresa Municipal de Aguas de Cádiz, S.A.

The subject of the present contract is the provision of specialized legal advisory services, technical assistance, issuance of reports, preparation and review of legal documents, as well as legal representation and defense of Aguas de Cádiz in administrative and judicial proceedings, in the matters covered by the four lots into which the contract is divided. The specific material scope of each lot is established in the Administrative Provisions and the Technical Specifications. The contract will be executed in accordance with the tender documents, the winning bid and the tasks that Aguas de Cádiz assigns during its validity, without any obligation to carry out a minimum number or a predetermined maximum number of ordinary tasks. The annual price compensates for the effective availability of the committed resources and the continuous provision of the services included in the subject matter of the lot, including the ordinary variations in workload that may occur during its execution. All this is understood without prejudice to the modification regime provided for in Section 20 for those extraordinary cases that meet the conditions established in said clause.
