With this tender procedure, the veb as Contracting Authority for the Contracting Entity wishes to appoint an ESCO as Contractor that guarantees savings on the energy bill by increasing efficiency and implementing creative and high-quality measures. To guarantee this, the maintenance of the high-quality measures and selected technical installations is also part of the Contract. The Contracting Entity is therefore looking for a method to reduce the energy bill.
