The Kaufmännische Krankenkasse - KKH (hereinafter KKH) aims to conclude rebate contracts pursuant to Section 130a, Paragraph 8 SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the substance(s) in question within the framework of an "Open-House" procedure. By specifying uniform contract conditions and a uniform access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or communities of pharmaceutical companies are offered the opportunity to conclude or join a rebate contract pursuant to Section 130a, Paragraph 8 SGB V for the substance(s) mentioned in the invitation to tender.
