The contract involves providing a health care portal for managing health care benefits for Håbo kommun's employees. The service should enable smooth, secure and efficient administration of health care subsidies and give employees access to a wide range of health care activities, services and providers. The supplier will be responsible for mediating health care activities and payments to connected health care actors in accordance with applicable legislation and the Swedish Tax Agency's rules for tax-free health care benefits. Håbo kommun annually procures health care benefits for the municipality's employees to an estimated value of approximately 3 MSEK per year. The indicated value is based on previous years' usage and is only an estimate to guide the supplier on the scope of the contract for the coming agreement. The service shall include a digital system for administration of health care subsidies, handling of transactions as well as follow-up and reporting. The supplier shall provide a wide and varied range of health care activities and health care actors available to the municipality's employees. Håbo kommun aims for a user-friendly solution that simplifies handling for both employees and administrators. The supplier shall ensure that the service is available via web and/or mobile application and that support is offered to users during the contract period.
