The subject of this procurement is the cleaning services for the premises managed by M-talonkiinteistöyhtiö and Ruutipuiston koulu for the period 1.1.2027-31.12.2028. The cleaning must take place between 14.00 and 20.00 on weekdays. Cleaners will be given access badges and are required to comply with confidentiality. The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in Annex 1. Description of the subject of the procurement. A viewing of the premises to be cleaned will be held on 29.9.2026. The viewing will take place between 13.00 and 15.00. During this time, service providers can familiarize themselves with the premises. It will not be possible to discuss matters related to the procurement procedure during the viewing. Service providers must register for the viewing by 16.00 on 25.9.2024 at [email protected]. Participation in the viewing is not a mandatory requirement for submitting a tender. The tender includes an option to purchase services for the period 1.1.-31.12.2029.
