Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Neubau Bauhof in Hodenhagen

The municipality of Hodenhagen will take over all Bauhof services from 01.01.2027, as the current contract with the kommunalen Anstalt öffentlichen Rechts (KSBT) expires at that time. The Bauhof structures that existed until 2016 no longer exist, so a completely new Bauhof must be established. The objectives are: a) complete coverage of tasks for the municipality of Hodenhagen with expansion potential for the possible connection of further member municipalities of the Samtgemeinde Ahlden. b) Integration of the caretaker service of the Samtgemeinde Ahlden and meaningful linkage with the Regiebetrieb Klärwerk of the Samtgemeinde (especially in terms of equipment, technology and personnel redundancy).
