It is expressly pointed out that, contrary to § 41 para. 1 SektVO, the tender documents are not complete and the service description including annexes will not be made available as part of the selection competition. The tender documents from the selection competition can therefore not be used for the submission of tenders. According to § 41 para. 4 SektVO and on the basis of § 107 para. 2 no. 1 GWB, only those bidders who are invited by us to submit a tender after completion of the selection competition will receive the complete tender documents, including the service description and annexes, to be used for the submission of a first binding tender.

At Munich Airport, stationary facilities for baggage handling are designated as central infrastructure facilities in the airport use regulations in accordance with § 6 of the Ordinance on Ground Handling Services at Airports (BADV). These include, in particular, the baggage handling systems in Terminal 1, Hall F and the Central Building. The subject of this tender is the technical maintenance of the entire network infrastructure of these baggage handling systems. The service includes the maintenance, servicing and spare parts provision of the network components used, as well as the support of the maintenance personnel of the contracting authority within the framework of the first-level support. In addition, comprehensive second- and third-level support services for the installed components of Alcatel-Lucent, Fortinet and the Aruba ClearPass environment are to be provided.
