Czechia – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – KD a ZUŠ Ostrůvek - architektonická soutěž o návrh

The subject of the competition is the design of a new cultural centre and basic art school on Ostrůvek in Brandýs nad Labem-Stará Boleslav. The aim of the competition is to find a contemporary, operationally high-quality and architecturally convincing solution for a building serving the city's cultural, social and educational life. The proposal must also verify whether a reconstruction and extension of the existing building or the construction of a new building is more suitable for fulfilling the task. The competition will be followed by a negotiation procedure, without publication, for the processing of all project phases of the investment project.
