The subject of the order is: Supervision of the implementation of Works and management of the Contract entitled: „Expansion of national road no. 12 on the section Lipinki Łużyckie – Żary”. The subject of the order is the provision of a service in the field of management and control as well as supervision of the implementation of the contract for works concluded as a result of the public procurement procedure under the name „Expansion of national road no. 12 on the section Lipinki Łużyckie – Żary”. The consultant will perform the function of an Engineer in accordance with the role assigned to the Engineer in the Contract Conditions entitled „Contract Conditions for Building and Civil Engineering Works for Employer-Designed Works".
