France – Repair and maintenance services of electrical and mechanical building installations – Conduite et maintien en conditions opérationnelles des installations de courant fort, courant faible, courant faible de sécurité et des équipements électromécaniques des centres du CEA/DAM

The scope of the contract covers activities related to the operation and maintenance of high-voltage, low-voltage, low-voltage safety, and electromechanical equipment at the CEA DAM centres to ensure the availability and safety of the installations. These activities include:

— operation (parameter readings and monitoring, checks, lockout/tagout, equipment shutdown/startup, adjustments necessary for equipment operation, etc.) ;

— preventive maintenance and periodic checks and tests, material configuration for VRP;

— troubleshooting;

— minor works (minor installation modification operations);

— participation in site acceptance and expert assessments;

— methodology (drafting of maintenance procedures, operating procedures, safety documents, intervention reports, stock management, field feedback);

— planning of interventions.

The contract notice includes 4 geographical lots:

— Lot 1 covers the services for the DIF centre (B26-06848);

— Lot 2 covers the services for the VALDUC centre (B26-06854);

— Lot 3 covers the services for the CESTA centre (B26-06855);

— Lot 4 covers the services for the RIPAULT centre (B26-06856).
