Within the framework of this procurement procedure, planning services for the project "Sanierung und Erweiterung der Kläranlage Manching" are to be procured. The planning services can be offered not only by a suitable planning company that can provide all the services subject to the contract itself, but also by a consortium of individual suitable planning offices or a suitable planning office with corresponding sub-planners. The services subject to the procedure include, among others, the creation of a development concept for the sewage treatment plant as a special service, as well as basic services of building planning, building and interior design, structural engineering, and basic services of specialist planning structural design and technical equipment, each HOAI service phases 1 to 6 or 9. The subject of the project is the renovation and expansion of the sewage treatment plant in Manching, which is located on the property of the market Manching with the parcel number 1627, district Manching, and the address Paarstr. 15, 85077 Manching. The property has an area of 30,700 m2 and is located in the outer area. The sole operator of the sewage treatment plant is the market Manching. The sewage treatment plant receives wastewater from the drainage system of the market Manching and the wastewater disposal association Ingolstadt-Süd. The sewage treatment plant was built in the early 1960s and commissioned in 1963. Between 1990 and 1996, the existing plant was converted and expanded. In the area of the digester tower, part of the required plant technology has already been renewed as part of the digester tower renovation 2024/2026. The aim of the planned renovation and expansion of the sewage treatment plant is to make the plant "fit for the future" in order to take account of expected developments (in particular increasing population, changes in legal framework conditions). The existing capacity of 42 TEW is to be expanded to 60 TEW. In addition, a sludge dewatering plant is to be constructed. The planning services are to commence immediately after the award. The award is scheduled for the end of 2026. The contracting authority estimates the total renovation costs for the sewage treatment plant at approx. 13 million € gross. For the financing of the project, grants from the Free State of Bavaria are to be obtained.
